OUR RETURNS POLICY

We make every effort to ensure your orders arrives in the best possible condition, If this isn't the case, please contact us via email with a description of the fault and include pictures to show the fault to reformedapparel@yahoo.com

We offer a standard 14 day return policy from date of item received to customer, this is provided by the courier. When returning goods to us we strongly advise you to send parcels back using a tracked service (eg Royal Mail Signed For) to guarantee that we receive it. If we don't get your package, we can't be held liable for it.

Orders must be returned to us unworn and in their original resalable condition.

The cost of returning your goods to us is YOUR responsibility unless we deem the products faulty - if so, we will reimburse your returned postage cost. Once we have received your returned goods, we'll process your refund or exchange within 48 hours.
